Lorraine Evanoff: The Federalist Society and Heritage Foundation gave America the right-wing Court of Chief Justice John Roberts.

What is puzzling is that, according to the Roberts Court, the President is SOVEREIGN when he commits acts of brutality or crime, but is powerless to save the environment or resolve student debt.

Who knew that this was the view of the Founders, because, you know, CJ Roberts is an "Originalist."

Whew knew?

Certainly, from the debates of the Federalists and Anti-Federalists in 1787, one would have thought that, fresh from victory in the Revolution, the new America wanted unprecedented liberty with equality for All (Declaration of Independence), unless, of course, one were a slave, or a First-Nation People, or an Immigrant . . . or . . . or . . .

But, at least for large Property-Owners, the Revolutionary Society wanted equal rights and liberty, including liberty in commerce.

Which is what I thought Heritage and Federalist were, until in the last 20-years they promoted the dictatorial "Unitary Presidency" propounded by CJ Roberts.

Because CJ Roberts is so very gifted -- he has the quality of mind, that he could have been an incarnation of such jurists as Justices Felix Frankfurter or Benjamin Cardozo -- CJ Roberts' complicity in dictatorship is . . .

DAMNABLE!

As far as victory last November, with our best qualified candidate in scores of years, Kamala Harris -- who pulled off in circa 80-days TWO YEARS worth of campaigning -- should have won in a landslide.

The GOP put up such PUKES, such Aryan-Nation NUTJOBS, the election SHOULD have been onesided!

I think Louise Moscow would agree.

Meanwhile, the world is safe, with Louise Moscow undermining a whole world of organized crime.

That undermining should cause Orange-Tramp's Administration to cave-in.

I SO much want to believe what you're saying here! And -- I believe you're absolutely correct. The problem I see is the time factor. Yes, the Dems, or whatever they will be called in the future, will return our nation away from this madness taking place right now, but it might take longer than we would like. How long? Possibly several decades, and by then, who knows what sort of America we'll have. Those of us like you will be there whenever that time comes and will re-make what we have into something great, but it will, guaranteed, be different than what we have now.
