Jackson Women’s Health Organization, he wrote that other cases that protect the right to contraception, to same-sex marriage and to engage in private, consensual sex acts "are not at issue" in this particular decision. The thought of Trump regaining the White House and having another opportunity to nominate a member of the Supreme Court makes me ill.
