Feeding the fire.
Feeling the burn.
As you all know by now, I’ve attended most of the protests, in whatever city I’m in, since January 2017. But yesterday was my first Bernie rally. I got into some civilized debates with a couple Bernie Bros. But for the most part, the feeling was united against the criminal Trump regime, and the message was, “We're going to sing and dance our way to victory, against hatred and divisiveness.”

The music from the many local artists, plus Niel Young, Joan Baez, and Maggie Simpson, was fun and uplifting. The speakers were inspiring and powerful, including Eunisses Hernandez, Maxwell Frost, and Jimmy Gomez.
PERSONAL OPINION: Ro Khanna, who is still sour about Bernie not being elected (he was Bernie’s campaign manager), repeatedly attacked Democrats in his speech. Did he think none of us would be there? This message is partly why many voters stayed home instead of voting for Harris. AOC and Bernie need to reign him in.
Anyway, as New Jersey Governor Murphy pointed out, these massive protests and rallies are reminiscent of our huge protests before the 2018 blue wave. Republicans do not have a mandate. Democrats who vote with Republicans are denying the will of the people.
Apparently, the three million who turned out at on April 5th wasn’t convincing enough. So, on April 19th, we need to double that number and turn up the heat.
RALLY STREET STYLE
One of my favorite things to photograph is protest street style, and yesterday it was fierce! Tons of fashion statements, literally, including a lot of union T-Shirts.

TIMELINE CLEANSE
A few shots of the full moon rising in the fog last night.

Thank you so much for the report and the gillion photos. I can’t see enough of us protesting.
POWER TO THE PEOPLE.
GO! Lorriane!
Lorraine Evanoff: Ro Khanna rants against DEMOCRATS!
When a fascist makes broad sweeps -- pulling together non-documented immigrants, "legal" immigrants (put in quotes, because no person can possibly be "illegal"), and even citizens -- and uses his iron-clad fist to deport these persons, with NO due process, to a torture cell in El Salvador . . .
What business does he have attacking DEMOCRATS!!!
We are friends with diverse backgrounds and opinions.
All we need is core values -- love of neighbor, protection and nurturing of EACH person -- and differences be damned: We must UNITE against an EXECRABLE foe.
I don't want to see ANY friendly fire.
Unite and RESIST!
