Trump is a modern-day plunderer like our settlers who killed off the native populations, and enslaved millions of Africans.
But we have evolved since then. We have the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. U.S. voters do not want a Christo-Fascist state.
I keep trying to explain this to my family and friends, but it sounds so bizarre it's hard for people to believe. When Dystopian fiction moves into non-fiction, it's a lot to process. I truly hope we can hold this tide back, because the America envisioned in Project 2025 is truly terrifying.
The fracture in the plan is that the Conservative Catholics and Evangelicals will make strange bedfellows and no Prospero to reign in all the Calibans.
